Terms and conditions
1. Check-in time will be accounted for as per your booking check-in time. In case you reach late, your check-out time won’t be extended. If extended charges will be applicable.
2. 5OOO/- deposit will be taken from the villa clients which will be fully refundable in case of no damage.
3. Check-out time will be accounted for when you hand over the keys to the staff in the reception area.
4. Extending Charges/ Late checkout – Depending on the availability of the Cottages
5. Plan well – Only a 1-hour complimentary tour will be given in Sets in the city from 5 pm to 6 pm. Only Mobile Photography is allowed during Tour. If in any sets the shoots will be going on, you are not allowed to take pictures. No request will be entertained for more time on studio sets.
6. Timings- Breakfast will be served between 8 AM to 10 AM. The restaurant is functional till 11 PM. Room service is operational till 12 AM only. Pool timings are from 4 PM to 7 AM only.
7. Payment – All Bookings are done in Advance. Only accepting Google pay, Bank Transfers and Cash.
8. Valuables - You are requested to take care of your valuables & equipment and keep it locked in your room. The management will not be responsible for losses if any.
9. Damages- All the damages need to be paid while checking out including accidental damages as well.
10. Fines - Room key lost charges Rs 1000-/. Spitting in the Lawn or near rooms charges Rs 2000. Smoking is prohibited inside cottages, if found 2000/-will be fine. Pet friendly, subject to no damages to the property.
11. Outside sheesha’s (Hookah) and food not allowed. If used without permissions 1000/-will be fine on each sheesha’s.
12.No room decor is allowed and no pets are allowed in the pool.
Final Rights of Admission/check-in remain reserved with the management and a Refund can be denied-in case any misconduct is observed by the management. Kindly co-operate with the staff.
